HOW WILL MY GUESTS FIND MY WEDDING WEBSITE?

When you purchase your WeddingOrg Wedding Website, you will receive a Confirmation Email. This email will confirm your new website address which you have chosen.

IF I CHOOSE TO HAVE MY OWN DOMAIN NAME, WHAT WILL THE ADDRESS LOOK LIKE?

It will be in the format of: www.anynameyouwant.com

You can choose any domain name you like - the limit is only your imagination! Perhaps you would like a name that reflects both you and your fiance's names e.g. www.jackandjill.com.

This domain name will belong to you once we've registered it. In some cases, the domain name may be taken by somebody else already. Just send us the name you would like (in the Order form) and we'll check for you.

WHAT IS A DOMAIN NAME?

A "domain name" is a website address.

DO I NEED MY OWN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER OR WEBSITE HOSTING ACCOUNT?

No. WeddingOrg provides you with the space required to host your website. We do not however provide you with internet access. If you don't have access to the internet, you can have someone print out the forms for you. You can then fill in the forms and send them to us by mail or by fax!

DO I NEED A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO PURCHASE MY WEDDING WEBSITE?

No, although it is not necessary to have a valid email address to purchase a Wedding Website, features such as the Guest book, and RSVP option do require a valid email address. If you want to sign up for a Wedding Website but you don't have an email address we suggest signing up for a free email address with Hotmail or Yahoo.
