HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING WEBSITE COST?

The cost depends on which Package you select. This information can be found on the Order page.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made by cheque or PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please note that you do not have to have a paypal account.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or deposit the money into our account then just send us an email detailing your preferred method of payment and we will send you the details.

Payment can be made over 4 months if required. Simply order your website from the Order Page and you will be asked if you'd like to pay in full or over 4 months.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL HIDDEN COSTS?

No. There are absolutely no fees other than the quoted price. If however, you have used your album allowance and would like to add more album pages then we charge $4 for each page of 8 photos. If you'd prefer to save money then we can link to an external album like Kodak for the rest of your album photos.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AND PAY FOR MY WEDDING WEBSITE?

Click on the "Order" page and follow the instructions to pay securely online.

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AND PAID FOR MY SITE BUT HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT WHAT PACKAGE I WANT. CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PACKAGE?

Yes no problem.

WHAT IF FOR SOME REASON I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY WEDDING WEBSITE?

We want you to be really happy with your site! If for some reason you are dissatisfied please send us an email within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a refund of 100%. We apologise but we cannot refund custom wedding websites. We have never had to give a refund before!
